Chamlija Caladoc (Grenache- Malbec) 2013 this blend wine is a cross between grapes; Grenache –Malbec. It has a dark colour with purple rim. On the nose it has aromas of black fruits, pomegranates, mulberry, cherries, it is concentrated naturally with very long finish.  15% ABV £26

Chamlija Pa-Pi-Ka 2019 awarded 91 points by Best Sommelier of the World -Andreas Larsson it has a medium deep ruby colour, pure nose offering a hint of smoke, wild herbs, pepper, red berries, savoury fruit on the palate, medium weight with good layers and ripe extract, fresh wild berry fruit- gently spicy with fine length. Blend of 35% Papaskarasi- 35% Pinot Noir- 30% Kalecik Karasi, aged in a French / Hungarian oak barrel for 12 months. 14.2% ABV £29

Red Wine Turkish Grapes

Chamlija Kara Sevda ‘Blind Love’ Papaskarasi 2019 this great Turkish grape- Papaskarasi has a medium deep ruby colour, intense nose, smoky with sweet red fruit, dry spices and tobacco. It is medium bodied with a youthful texture, present but tamed tannins, red fruit flavours with bold spiciness, pepper and liquorice notes underline by fresh acidity, leading to a long finish. 13.5% ABV £28

Chamlija Kalecik Karasi 2019 This Turkish red wine has a striking nose-sachet like floral, herbal infusion accompanied by high-toned evocation of dark berries, sleek, polished, refined, it fills mouth with cherries and rose petal, fresh ripe berries, dark undertone of damp wood with a smooth and silky tannins, aged 12 months in French oak barrels. 14% ABV £32

Chamlija Cuvee Marcel Biron 2020 This amazing wine is dedicated to Marcel Biron, exceptional person who introduced the Papskarasi grapes to the world, aged in French oak barrels for 18 months dense dark colour with purple hue. On the nose fragrant showing fine perfume, whole bunch aromas with pepper, clove, ginger, ripe red fruits. The palate has a good density, yet it’s digest and fresh with layers of finely spicy fruit, well integrated oak, seductive red fruit notes and long supple finish. £42

Chamlija Pinot Noir 2018 Awarded Gold Medal 2020 International Wine Challenge Vienna AWC is a medium to deep ruby red colour, it has a dark cherries, ginger and crushed berries notes. The palate is rather full with sweet fruit and supple texture with fruity and spicy finish. 15% ABV £28

Gurbuz Shiraz 2016 this red has a deep inky colour with delicious black cherries, blackberries aromas on the nose. It has very soft and velvety tannins with notes of black pepper, vanilla, liquorice and touch of oak. This wine is very well balanced and will age very well. 14.9% ABV £28

Chamlija Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 it has a dark burgundy colour on the nose dark fruits, mint, chocolate, spice aromas like cinnamon, chocolate, cassis, vanilla, on the palate sweet liquorice serious tannins and long finish. 15% ABV £32

Chamlija Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 Awarded Gold 2020 Balkans International Wine Competition it has a purple colour and seductive spicy notes of cinnamon, cloves with a core of black cherries, cassis, blackberries, plums, there is no filtration, no fining it is aged 14 months in French and Hungarian oak barrels. 15% ABV £32

Chamlija Pinot Noir Felix Culpa 2017 This Turkish red wine Felix Culpa 'Mutlu Hata' Pinot Noir from Latin means literally ('when mistakes do great things ') 'happy mistake'. It is ruby red colour, on the nose it has a complex melange of red and black fruit, sweet spices, rose petals, crushed stone and a touch of fresh soil. The palate is medium-bodied with a quite firm tannin, but still silky and sweet. It has a notes of forest strawberries, cranberries, crushed limestone.  It is juicy and moreish, black pepper aromas offers depth and grip. Probably the best Pinot Noir from Chamlija Winery 14.4% ABV £34

Chamlija Asticus Mons Merlot 2017 Awarded Gold Medal in International Wine Competition this wine has a dark burgundy almost black colour. On the nose has a touch of oak with tobacco, dark plum, wild berries and mild spices. This wine has a long finish it is good for aging. 15% ABV £60

Chamlija Asticus Mons Cabernet Franc 2017 It has a deep cherry red colour, on the palate forests fruits, raspberry, bitter chocolate, on the nose pure cassis and more savoury minerals and aromatic herbs, tobacco. It is very fresh and extremely fine tannins and long finish, yet so elegant. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels 14.5% ABV £60

Chamlija Asticus Mons Cabernet Franc - Merlot 2017 this amazing blend has almost black colour, deep nose of chocolate, graphite, aromatic herbs, blackberry liquor, truffles and spring flowers.  On the palate it has intense flavours of dark cherries, dark chocolates and cocoa. It is dense with long finish and strong tannins. 14.9% ABV £60

Chamlija Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 (85%) Cabernet Sauvignon, (15%) Merlot, aged in top quality French barrels for 12 months. It is recommended to decant this wine for at least 3-4 hours for best results. It has inky black purple colour, on the nose it has a complex bouquet of cassis, blackberries, plums, hints of cedar, fine tobacco, discreet oak and black truffle. Palate has a pure dark fruits, high intensity and incredible equilibrium. It is naturally concentrated due to extremely low yields (250 gr per vine fruit) Very savoury on the palate with layers of dark fruits, rounded tannin, certainly complex, dense and with good integration of balance. 15%ABV £60


Red wines Bordeaux Style

Chamlija Istranca Gelini ‘Bride of Strandja’ (Cabernt Sauvignon+Cabernet Franc+Merlot+Petit Verdot) 2018 This wine has dark burgundy colour. On the nose it has aromas of ripe black fruits, freshly ground pepper. Aged for 14 months in French and Hungarian barrels, bottled with no filtration, no fining. Medium to full-bodied, great tannins, well balanced 14.5% ABV £26

Chamlija Nevi’s Sahsina Munhasir 2018 Awards Gold Medal the Balkans International Wine Competition and Festival 2021, this wine is blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot; it shows a youthful oak yet with fine balance of aromas of cassis, plum, tobacco and spicy notes. Ample palate, one sense the ripens but fair deal of acidity gives good lift, grinny tannin and elegant fruit linger on the finish. oaked in a French barrel for 24 months.  15% ABV £42

Chamlija Thracian 2018 This red wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc has inky dark core turning from purple to red. Finely tuned nose, stylish oak and butterscotch with ripe black currant, plum, tobacco and mild spices. Dense and concentrated with a fine extraction, ripe yet present tannin giving good lift, integrated oak with savoury dark fruits flavours with some mint, sage and cocoa with a long finish. Still youthful but finely polished, should develop tremendously well. 15% ABV £44

Barbare Organic Premium 2007 Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Mourvèdre, this amazing red wine was produced with very limited number only 570 cases wad bottled. Aged for 18months in French oak barrels. Very fruity, medium to full bodied, with high acidity, not as tannic as expected, very balanced even with high alcohol at 14.3%. On the nose flavours of black cherries, black currant, fig, vanilla, mint and savoury long finish 14.3% ABV £45

Chateau Kalpak BBK 2016 Chateau Kalpak winery and vineyards are located at the base of Gallipoli peninsula of the Thrace, produced from a Single Vineyard, predominantly gravel and limestone this exceptional terroir is exposed to both Sea of Marmara and Aegean Sea. This 2016 vintage is a blend of Merlot-Cabernet Sauvignon-Cabernet Franc-Petit Verdot, aged for about 36 months in barriques, blotted with no filtration. It has a dark ruby colour, on the nose vanilla, chocolate, oaky notes, on the palate black fruits, plums, blackberries, remarkable tanning and long finish, it will age well for 10+ years. 14.7% ABV £49

Chateau Kalpak Petit Verdot 2010 made from Petit Verdot grapes. Chateau Kalpak winery and vineyards are located at the base of Gallipoli peninsula of the Thrace, produced from a Single Vineyard, predominantly gravel and limestone this exceptional terroir is exposed to both Sea of Marmara and Aegean Sea. The exceptional territory reflects on Petit Verdot vivacity red fruits and elegant tannins. Aged for 36 months in new barriques, bottled with no filtration, on the nose strong flavours of coffee, black plums, blackberries, blackcurrants, ripe cherries and liquor. It has an elegant tannins and long finish.  £80

Chamlija Albarino 2020 grapes are grown in a quartz -stone vineyards with clay and limestone, it is aged for 3 months in steel tanks. It has a rich flowers aroma, mineral tones accompanied by notes of peach, green apple, mango, lime and very intense grapefruit. White Wines Single Grape

Chamlija Blanc de Noirs 2020 made from native Turkish grape Papaskarasi - a black grape made in to delicious white wine. Greenish light-yellow colour, on the nose apple and pear flavours are dominant. A fresh and lively with balanced acidity. Fermented in steel tanks and aged for 6 months, bottled with minimal filtration. £22

Chamlija Ak Uzumu 2021 This white wine is made from very old Turkish grape grown in Konya region, it has almost transparent colour with a green hue. On the nose is more nutty than fruity with walnut, dry wood and some herbal notes. Light bodied with elevated freshness, herbal and citric flavours with long finish, it is different it is interesting.  £22

Chamlija Sauvignon Blanc 2018 it has a pale-yellow green colour, it has aromas of grapefruit, lime, honeysuckle, lychee and apricot. On the palate it is succulent and creamy with a distinct bright acidity and balanced richness of its texture, more citrus than tropical in style and salty minerality with musky white peach dominate the palate.  Awarded Double Gold 2020, 13.2% ABV £26

Chamlija Quartz Fume Sauvignon Blanc 2019 Young straw colour with green hue. Youthful aromas of lemongrass, green apple, floral and smoke hints. Medium bodied wine it has a refreshing, smooth, lively and exotic fruits aromas with mineral character. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels, it has an elegant and well balanced acidity13.7% ABV £29

Chamlija Assyrtiko 2021 This is first Assyrtiko wine produce by Chamlija winery, from vineyards located in southern slops of Strandja Mountains.  Grapes were harvested at the beginning of October and pressed at low pressure of carbon ice. The ‘stabilization ‘process was applied in a tank with carbon ice for 10 days. On the nose white peach and lemon flavours, with white straws.  On the palate lively, fresh acidity, white fruits character and long mineral finish.13%ABV £29

Chamlija Ten Goynek 2021 This wine is made from very old Turkish grape grown in Konya region. It has a bright light straw colour, nectarine, white fleshed fruits, citrus and lemongrass. Good grip on the palate, medium bodied with high extract, discreet fruit, good purity and length. 12.5% ABV £32

Chamlija Kizil Uzum 2021 This wine is made from very old Turkish red grape grown in Konya region. It has a pale-yellow colour, on the nose it has a youthful peach, pear and apple scents, it is dry, fresh but with gently oily core of ripe apricot and peach, touch of apple and lime on finish, providing freshness and fruity balance. Very well-made wine. 12.7% ABV £34

Chamlija Narince 2020 made from native Turkish grape, this exceptional variety was produced with very limited edition, only 600 bottles. It is elegant with creamy palate, floral hints, rich yet so delicate. 13.9% ABV £34

Chamlija Chardonnay 2020 Felix Culpa 'Mutlu Hata' from Latin means literally ('when mistakes do great things ') 'happy mistake'. Grapes come from outskirts of Strandja vineyards, it has a bright light straw colour, on the nose it is youthful, still with present oak, light toast, hazelnut, peach, ripe citrus and fresh butter. It is finely balanced by a vibrant acidity, lemon zest, crushed nuts and persistent butter notes. It has a long finish, oak already integrated on the palate, it has potential to develop in years to come. 14% ABV £34

Natural Orange Wine

Chamlija Natural Orange Wine Kehribar 2019 ‘Nothing added or removed’. This wine doesn’t contain any sulphur or yeast, it is unfiltered and unfined. Made from Turkish indigenous grape- Narince (85%) and a hint of Albarino (15%). It is suitable for vegans’; for those with casein allergy and of course it is best for those who look for wines without technological enhancements. This wine has a deep orange like amber colour.  It is easy to drink wine at this same time it’s no easy wine, elegant and silky, pleasant for the nose and palate. It is rich and creamy with low acidity. This is first Thracian Natural Orange wine shows a chewiness of texture almost like red wine.
